This is data pipeline design.Stakeholder to Spec: I consistently translated ambiguous stakeholder needs (administrators, parents, students) into clear, executable plans and metrics. This is product and business requirement definition.Driving Adoption & Trust: A curriculum is useless if no one uses it. I led change management, trained peers, and built trust in new systems to ensure adoption and accurate use. This isn't casual upskilling; it's a full-time parallel track focused on the modern data stack: Core Engineering: Building production-grade batch and real-time data pipelines with Python, SQL, Apache Airflow, and dbt. Cloud Platform: Developing and deploying on AWS (S3, Glue, Lambda, Redshift) to build scalable, cloud-native solutions.
