At Wolfram Research, I work with our team to maintain, troubleshoot, and implement our solutions to best meet our company's needs and project requirements. This includes email, repositories, chat servers, databases, file servers, phone systems, and backup solutions. I'm also heavily involved in all things email related for our on premise email servers running on Linux platforms. We have around 30 email servers to maintain and monitor with plus messages a day coming in and going out. I update our documentation and add new pages in our Twiki in order to share knowledge and give examples of troubleshooting. In my experience, everyone could always use better documentation and information pages. This makes training less costly and time consuming while having everything in a centralized place.
