About Brandon Herman

As a Customer Success Manager at innoviHealth, I contributed to the growth and retention of a diverse portfolio of healthcare clients. I worked with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions, provide product training, and resolve issues. I have a strong background in financial planning, thanks to my bachelor's degree in Family, Community and Human Development from the University of Utah. I completed courses in accounting, taxation, budgeting, investing, and estate planning, and gained hands-on experience through a capstone project where I developed a comprehensive financial plan for a client with the help of a team of fellow students. I also earned a certification as a Notary Signing Agent and provided legal support and signing services for a local firm for seven months in 2022. I am passionate about helping people achieve their financial and personal goals, and I apply this motivation to my current studies at the University of Utah and toward assisting friends and families with their goals. I have excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing needs and expectations. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and I am currently working toward applying for the Masters program in accounting at the University of Utah to enhance my knowledge and credentials.
