About Brandon Hernandez

As a passionate and empathetic designer, I am dedicated to creating innovative and sustainable architectural solutions that resonate deeply with clients and end-users alike. With a Bachelor of Architecture and a Minor in Graphic Design from the University of Miami, along with an Associate in Arts in Architecture from Miami Dade College, I have honed my skills in various design tools and methodologies. My diverse experience includes roles as a Design Consultant, Draftsman, Design Aid, and Teaching Assistant. In each position, I have demonstrated a commitment to understanding and addressing the unique needs and challenges of clients. My work at Design 360 Unlimited and Rukan Home has equipped me with the ability to develop precise drawings, implement necessary revisions, and collaborate effectively with real estate developers and construction managers. I am fluent in English and Spanish, with a beginner proficiency in Japanese, allowing me to communicate and collaborate in multicultural environments. My technical skills span a wide range of software, including Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and more, ensuring I can bring any vision to life with precision and creativity. Recognition as a finalist in the Museum of Outdoor Arts Design and Build National Competition 2022 underscores my ability to deliver exceptional design solutions. I believe in the power of empathy and universal design to create spaces that are not only functional and sustainable but also inclusive and accessible to all. Let's connect and explore how we can work together to create designs that truly make a difference.
