Our ADU feasibility report contains 50+ pages of detailed information & provides the customer with various ADU options tailored to their specific budget, reasons to build, property, long term goals, short term goals, ability to receive financing, etc Our team is built of Certified ADU Specialists. You are not able to join our team as an Advisor without passing certification courses We offer feasibility reports, design, permitting, construction, construction management, and property management services where most competitors only offer design/permitting On top of our services, we now offer Tiny Homes as an affordable alternative to a full-size ADU allowing us to reach more customers MY BACKGROUND: Growing up, I wanted to play pro baseball. Due to injuries, that dream did not work out. I found my passion to help others achieve financial freedom in real estate. Some would say I was obsessed & when my father started an ADU company, I was his sales manager. I get to hit a "home run" for my clients when I help them achieve the American Dream & secure their financial freedom by adding an ADU on their property.
