Growing up in a community of low-income families and underrepresented minorities shaped my commitment to hard work and helping others. I thrive on building systems, processes, and relationships that leave a lasting impact, whether by improving operations, solving complex problems, or inspiring teams to achieve more. Throughout my career, I've demonstrated the ability to adapt, navigate ambiguity, and raise the bar. Highlights of my journey include: Creating impactful change: Developing a dining hall experience program from scratch and revamping training for a team of technical specialists. Fostering collaboration: Co-developing a mobile game during the pandemic and working with interdisciplinary teams on biological research. Driving results: Doubling sales as a retail employee and building automated systems to streamline regulatory data submission for healthcare agencies. Currently, I work in the healthcare industry, where I combine technical writing, project management, and process improvement skills to develop solutions that connect critical healthcare data with government agencies and hospitals. I strive to identify gaps in what our product provides, develop intermediary solutions, and allow our team to move forward with bigger value projects. I'm passionate about roles where I can make a meaningful difference through innovation and collaboration. I'm especially drawn to opportunities that challenge me to solve problems, drive efficiencies, and build impactful solutions in healthcare or other mission-driven industries.
