Over the past 9 years of my career I have served high-tech companies and developed a well-rounded understanding of sales & customer service that make me an ideal fit for growing sales teams. At Tesla I graduated from de-escalating calls with disgruntled clients as an Inside Delivery Advisor to becoming one of the top Test-Drive Conversion Specialists on the team, and even provided support on confidential projects. This taught me how to effectively communicate with customers regardless of their emotional state. Before ending my tenure at Apple with a 99/100 Customer Rating, I learned how to navigate B2B sales conversations while securing a business account with the newly built Sphere of Las Vegas. At Celsius I discovered that upselling lending solutions to existing customers can lead to quick revenue growth for the company. While working for T-Mobile, I became the 5-time #1 salesman in the state while serving both retail & small business accounts. These experiences have given me the confidence & knowledge to work with both retail & small business customers, which I believe will are an essential asset to any sales or customer service department.
