I’m an unorthodox therapist who combines physiotherapy, manual therapy, and biomechanical training into one practical system. Most people come to me after trying everything: standard physio, stretching routines, strength training, but their pain keeps coming back. What they’re missing isn’t effort — it’s a systems-level understanding of how their body actually functions. That’s where I step in. Through detailed diagnosis and whole-body analysis, I look at how your body moves as a complete unit — not just where it hurts. I focus on restoring functional movement, fixing dysfunctional patterns, and rebalancing the tension systems (like fascia and kinetic chains) that control how you feel and move. The goal? To create the right conditions for your body to heal itself — not just to treat symptoms, but to optimize how your whole system performs. I don’t believe in endless treatments or bandaid solutions. I want you to understand your own body, move with clarity, and become independent — not reliant on me.
