About Brandon Knoke

I am a recent graduate from Marian University in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. I currently have a job at ALSCO uniform and delivery services. This company was established in 1889 and I have been blessed with the opportunity of working here as a Route Sales Representative since July 8, 2019. Since my date of hire, I have learned a tremendous amount about time management by learning different routes and understanding how long it will take to get through each day. This includes knowing what time I need to start every day in order to finish at a reasonable time. I have learned how to prioritize several different tasks at once by finishing my last year of school while working full-time. Every day I would get done with work and go home to work on school and sometimes even have to go into night classes. Lastly, I learned how to problem-solve under pressure. There were times when someone would call in sick and I would get switched to a different route last minute, or I would be put on a route I wasn’t familiar with. Because of this, I would start earlier to give me more time to ask questions about where to go and put in the extra time to make sure the job was done right. While I was finishing school and working full-time I also started my own clothing brand called LEVEL. I created a social media account for the company @levelusa on Instagram and started out by following people I know and marketing the brand on my personal Instagram so it would gain traction. The company backs mental health to remind the buyer that no matter how good or bad life gets to keep your mind in the same place because while it won’t always be great, it also won’t always be terrible. The company has slowly been growing and I am excited to say that I switched from my first supplier to a different one that offers higher quality cloth at a lower price. These experiences have shown me a lot about what I am capable of and I hope to use the assets I have acquired through all of this at a company willing to give me a chance to show how valuable I truly am.
