The Knox Team is Nashville’s leading real estate sales team specializing in boutique new developments, land acquisition, and infill new construction homes. Brandon is a GNR (Greater Nashville Realtors) lifetime “Diamond Elite” sales award winner 2014-2022 (the top award given in Nashville). The Knox Team was Ranked #1 Top Listing Top Selling Team by Greater Nashville Realtors Association for 2021 & 2022. “The Knox Team” has closed over 3500+ Real Estate Transaction Sides for $850M+ of volume and is the 2016-2022 #1 New Construction sales team in the Nashville market. The team has been recognized as one of the top real estate teams in America for 2019-2023 by Real Trends and was ranked the #1 small-sized real estate team in TN and the 6th highest in the United States for 2022 and the #2 in the United States for 2023 by transaction sides. Brandon was also recognized as one of the top 100 individually producing Realtors in the USA by transaction sides for 2020/2021. Prior to joining Compass RE in June 2019, Brandon was the Operating Partner of The Knox Team at Keller Williams from 2018 to 2019. Brandon was the Operating Partner of The Knox Team at Zeitlin Sotheby’s Realtors from 2013 to 2018. Before that Brandon lived/worked in New York City for 13 years where he was the managing broker of The Knox Team at The Corcoran Group and sold over in real estate. Born and raised on a horse ranch just southwest of Austin Texas, Brandon grew up in a family of real estate entrepreneurs & had the opportunity to learn about house flipping, property management, development, & homebuilding from a young age. Brandon holds a BS in Business Entrepreneurship as well as an AS in Acting for film & television. Brandon thrives on being busy & helping his clients, but he is first and foremost a family man who loves spending his free time with his wife Bess, daughter Bailey & son Barrett, & and dog Blue.
