Here's a few more things about me and my work: 1. I’m passionate about people. I love people managing and seeing my teams grow, develop, and ultimately succeed in their own careers. While it's not always easy, it's been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. Contributing and helping to drive a positive company and team culture is extremely important to me. At the core, I’m a builder. I love building. I have been fortunate enough to wear many hats, support in office expansions, grow many amazing teams, and help lay cultural foundations throughout my career journey, a journey that has spanned across 3 continents. I love to work on and solve problems. The ability to solve problems is a basic life skill and is essential to our day-to-day lives, at home, at school, and at work. Whether it be digging into customer's problems, creating more streamlined processes internally, and/or solving the everyday uncertainties of supply chain, each has its own challenges but also its own rewards. In my free time you might find me: playing soccer, hiking, skiing, relaxing at the beach, traveling.pretty much anything outdoors.
