About Brandon Langley

I'm a hands-on technical leader with deep roots in solution engineering, system architecture, and team-building. From early startup chaos to acquisition readiness, I’ve consistently helped organizations scale—structurally, technically, and strategically. At Diskover Data, I joined as employee #7 and am leading the transformation of engineering and customer delivery from the ground up — building high-performing teams, modernizing deployments, launching CI/CD pipelines, and implementing systems that drastically improved product reliability and customer experience. I played a role in executive strategy, supporting fundraising efforts, and contributing to the successful acquisition of CloudSoda in 2025. Previously, I led Solutions Engineering at Signiant, where I oversaw teams of architects and engineers and served as the lead technical voice in enterprise customer engagements. My earlier years at Levels Beyond (Reach Engine) were spent building and managing Technical Operations across Support, DevOps, and Implementation—owning everything from deployment automation to product development and customer success. I lead by doing, always. Whether writing code, deploying infrastructure, building internal processes, or navigating customer challenges, I bring energy, clarity, and momentum to every team I'm part of.
