Throughout the course of my professional career, I’ve consistently been rewarded with expanded levels of responsibility due to my track record for leadership and client service. As I look to the future, I am seeking to make a conscious pivot to the field of IT support. I feel that the combination of my technology skills as well as my passion for helping people will make me a great fit for this new role. Please allow me to expand on some of my capabilities below: I am highly skilled at configuring hardware systems, installing software, upgrading platforms, and aligning mobile technology. I also understand how to integrate virtual technology and offer troubleshooting to both hardware and software issues. It is my goal to make technology as user friendly as possible to the end user. When it comes to customer service, I understand how to establish trusted relationships that instill confidence that I can help solve IT problems. We have all been frustrated by technology at one point or another. I understand how to alleviate this frustration and take the customer through a series of action steps to resolve issues. And, I always handle as much work as possible on my side of the interface. I truly feel that to be successful in IT you also have to possess an interest in emerging technology. I am fully connected to the marketplace and keep tabs on the latest hardware and software products.
