Hey there, I help organizations achieve better experiences for their customers and employees. You can’t just manifest them — I lead collaborative work between our teams to understand where they are, where they could be, and shape how products and services behave and interact. Depending on the task at hand, I'll contribute some combination of strategic direction, service design methods (qualitative research, experience mapping, co-creative ideation), information architecture, and interaction design. In a previous life, I wrote books and articles about technology, culture, and travel, and created traditional brand campaigns and communications strategy. What I Read: My feeds are filled with stories about technology, mobile apps, gaming, design, photography, and cinema. I still enjoy a good book. I'm currently in the middle of Matt Alt's "Pure Invention: How Japan's Pop Culture Conquered the World".
