Nurse leader with a passion for building strong teams, improving patient outcomes, and creating environments where caregivers feel supported and empowered.Currently serving as the Nurse Manager of the Medical Oncology unit at Providence Holy Family Hospital, where I lead a multidisciplinary team of over 90 caregivers and oversee daily operations, quality initiatives, staffing strategy, and caregiver development. My leadership style focuses on collaboration, transparency, and developing leaders at every level of the organization.Prior to this role, I served as Assistant Nurse Manager for the Emergency Department and Float Pool, where I gained extensive experience in high-acuity care operations, staffing management, and interdisciplinary collaboration.I am particularly passionate about quality improvement, patient safety, caregiver engagement, and data-driven decision making to improve both operational efficiency and patient care outcomes.I am currently pursuing my MBA in Healthcare Administration, further strengthening my ability to bridge clinical leadership with strategic healthcare operations.
