About Brandon McLemore

As an IT Asset Manager at the United States Air Force, I managed base-wide IT refreshment and asset oversight programs, ensuring compliance with security and performance standards. I have managed over assets totaling over 22 million dollars. I obtained my CompTIA Security+ certification in April 2021, demonstrating my knowledge and skills in IT security and risk management. I also was ceremonial guardsman at the USAF Honor Guard, where I support presidential and Arlington National Cemetery operations, as well as joint service missions at the Pentagon, White House, Capitol Headquarters, and other federal and government agencies in the National Capital Region. I have received multiple awards for my physical fitness and leadership skills, such as the USAF HG Physical Fitness Award and the USAF Honor Guard Top 4. I am currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business management at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, with a focus on business, management, marketing, and related support services. I also have an associate's degree in computer studies from the University of Maryland University College, and another associate's degree in computer and information sciences and support services from the Community College of the Air Force. My education background reflects my passion and interest in both business and technology, and how they can be integrated to create value and impact. I am a motivated, adaptable, and collaborative professional, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence. I am always eager to learn new skills, take on new challenges, and contribute to the success of my team and organization. My goal is to leverage my expertise in IT asset management, along with my business acumen and leadership abilities, to advance in my career and make a positive difference in the world.
