I am a Continuous Improvement Manager at Sling Aircraft, a leading manufacturer of light sport aircraft. I have over 1.5 years of experience in managing and overseeing the entire manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. I also hold two other roles as a Final Assembly Manager and a Production Engineer, where I apply my engineering skills and knowledge to optimize the assembly processes and procedures. As a Continuous Improvement Manager, I am responsible for identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement, reducing waste and costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction. I work with various stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, regulators, and internal teams, to ensure compliance and alignment with the company's goals and vision. I also document and report on the performance and outcomes of the improvement projects, using data and metrics to demonstrate the impact and value of my work.
