About Brandon Pimer

Born and raised in West Haven, CT. At age 17 he enlisted into the U.S. Navy's most Elite force, “The Silent Service,” as a USN Submariner. After 2-years of intense training he was certified to participate in “Leadership Roles”, subsequently assigned to up to a 100 Naval personnel at a time. That team was trained to dependent on each other, yet responsible for their individual duties to succeed as a team. After a career ending injury, he was later stationed in the Navy’s Legal Department. Working under its Commanding Officer, and a team of 12 high ranking officers including Navy Jag lawyers. His principal responsibilities included; case management, and follow-up of up to 200 sailors, for the weekly processing of enlistments and discharges. Brandon, concurrently, worked on his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, and moved on to accept a position with ADT. He was hired as sales representative, and quickly excelled into management. He was promoted to an ADT sales recruiter and trainer in the southeastern region. Brandon invested 80% of his time as the new recruit’s classroom trainer, and 20% as the field trainer. Currently working as lead maintenance technician for a biodiesel chemical manufacturing plant. In charge or troubleshooting, diagnosing and fixing and mechanical, electrical or engineering problems related to plants running operations. Including 480 electrical, pump installment and fixing, pipe fitting, fabricating, welding, heavy machinery operations, hydro blasting mechanical seals, safe chemical handling including sulfuric and hydrochloric acid, retrofitting, and instrumentation.
