Throughout my career, I've progressed from Line Cook to Head Chef, building a strong foundation in diverse management styles, team leadership, and training. In 2015, I was honored to be named one of Canada’s Top 10 Best Young Chefs in the prestigious San Pellegrino 'Best Young Chef' Competition, a recognition that fuels my commitment to continuously improving my craft. I’m known for my meticulous attention to detail, creativity, and visionary approach to culinary arts. Whether crafting imaginative menus or leading teams to deliver exceptional dining experiences, I strive to exceed expectations.
