My professional journey has equipped me with a robust background in Operational Leadership, Event Management, Windows and Linux Servers, Active Directory, Identity Access and Management, Exchange, Firewalls, and Vulnerability Assessment and Mitigation. I am actively pursuing additional certifications, skills, and knowledge to position my teams for consistent success. Beyond the technical realm, I've successfully managed the logistics of 40 to 60 person travel teams involving flight reservations, hotels, rental cars, and air/ground transport, managing budgets ranging from $500K to $1M. This experience has not only honed my organizational skills but also provided the unique opportunity to interface directly with senior stakeholders, foreign governments, dignitaries, and military representatives. I carry with me a genuine 'want' to see people succeed - personally and professionally. That commitment to leading people, thriving in dynamic environments, and approaching every challenge with a mindset that says "yes" has enabled me to navigate roadblocks that some would avoid.
