About Brandon Ridley

With over twenty-two years of progressive experience in finance and operations, I am a strategic leader and problem-solver who delivers value and results for the companies I serve. Currently, I am the Director of Operations and Asset Management at Granite Capital Group, Inc, a private investment firm that specializes in multifamily real estate. In this role, I am responsible for leading accounting, financial analysis, and asset management for a $300 million-dollar (and growing) portfolio of multifamily properties. I also serve as a fiduciary by ensuring risk is properly mitigated, while cash flow and returns remain consistent with investor expectations. Additionally, I make contributions to the investment committee through the refining of the underwriting model, sourcing of data, and provision of macro and microeconomic opinions. I have led the company through multiple systems migrations that replaced outdated legacy systems with cloud-based solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy. I am also a CPA Candidate with a real estate license and a certification in QuickBooks.
