With over 17 years of extensive fire service experience, I am currently the Deputy Fire Chief-Operations at Lake Ozark Fire Protection District, where I provide strategic leadership and direction in managing the district’s day-to-day operations. I oversee and coordinate emergency response activities, ensuring the efficient deployment of resources and personnel during fire incidents, medical emergencies, and other emergencies. I collaborate with the Fire Chief and other department heads to develop and implement policies, procedures, and training programs to enhance operational effectiveness and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. As a fire service professional, I am passionate about protecting lives and property through exemplary service, effectively managing emergency situations, and implementing proactive fire prevention strategies. I have a deep understanding of firefighting techniques and equipment, and a strong mechanical aptitude that enables me to operate and maintain firefighting and emergency response equipment and apparatus with precision and expertise. I have cultivated high-performing teams and elevated operational performance by providing guidance, mentorship, and training. I have a Master of Science in Fire Services Administration from Liberty University, and multiple certifications in firefighting, hazardous materials, and first aid. I am committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of the public and the dedicated personnel I serve alongside.
