About Brandon Scharuda

I am currently working as a passenger train conductor and hold all the current Canadian Railway Certificates. I take pride in my role as a conductor and ensure that all safety protocols are followed for the safety of passengers and crew members alike. I have a keen eye for detail and always ensure that everything is in order before departure. Prior to my career in the railway industry, I was a flight attendant. During my time as a flight attendant, I underwent extensive safety training and learned how to provide top-notch customer service. I understand the importance of maintaining a calm and professional demeanor in high-pressure situations, and I am confident in my ability to handle any challenges that may arise. Overall, I consider myself a confident and adaptable individual who is always willing to overcome any obstacle. Whether it's ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers on a train or working through a challenging customer service issue, I approach each task with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
