About Brandon Shefferd

Brandon began his career with Navy Federal in 2013 as an MSR in Account Services. His strong interest in technology, troubleshooting, and helping others led Brandon to join Digital Services the following year. After joining the department, he quickly advanced to a Level IV Specialist. Throughout his tenure in Digital Services, Brandon has shown his passion for technology by providing feedback that has resulted in system and software changes. Brandon's biggest passion is technology, and he is constantly pursuing this passion as a way to connect with others, whether it be at home, church, or in the workplace. He has built computers and is constantly implementing smart home technology throughout his house. He created an app and website for his church, runs the sound and audio boards, and records services and events. He is intrigued by a good challenge, and when he encounters a new skill, he is energized by overcoming it. He is self-motivated and self-taught, finding fulfillment in conquering new tasks. During his downtime, Brandon can be found enjoying the outdoors with his wife and two sons, grilling out, riding around on the family's ATV's and hosting large events for extended family and large circle of friends.
