Background

About Brandon Shipman

I’m an experienced Owner’s Representative / Senior Project Representative specializing in large-scale data center construction and mission-critical environments. I work closely with trade partners, engineers, and owners to make sure every phase of a project — from early coordination through commissioning — stays on schedule, meets quality expectations, and delivers a clean, operational facility ready for turnover.Over the years, I’ve built a reputation for being hands-on, detail-oriented, and solution-driven. I’m heavily involved in the field, tracking progress through tools like Smartsheet, Autodesk Build, and Excel dashboards, and coordinating across multiple disciplines to keep everyone aligned. Whether it’s managing delivery logs, reviewing MOPs, or walking data halls before energization, I focus on maintaining strong communication and accountability across the team.At the end of the day, my goal is simple — to represent the owner’s interests, support the construction team, and make sure every project phase closes out clean, safe, and on time.
