About Brandon Shmon

In the past, I have spent an extensive amount of time in customer relations and business. In addition, I have been involved with the restaurant and general labour industries holding various supervisor and management positions. During my time in restaurants, as well as managing, I had various responsibilities including but not limited to marketing, finances, customer service, training of staff, inventory reporting and coordinating scheduling. My education and all my experiences have provided excellent training that benefit my leadership, time management, and organizational skills. As well as excellent customer relations, very tight deadlines, strong analytical, mathematical skills and the opportunity to understand what the company and staff needs are. Most recently, I have chosen to continue my education at Saskatchewan Polytechnic. While at Saskatchewan Polytechnic, I received a Business Certificate and this year I will be receiving a Human Resources Diploma. For the 2021-2022 school year, I received Chartered Professionals in Human Resources (CPHR) Saskatchewan Scholarship.
