About Brandon Smith

I began my career path when I started at Scott Alarm learning low voltage wiring in new construction homes followed by becoming a service technician where I put alarm systems and home automation systems online for home buyers. In 2009, I began at Comcast as a Communications Technician where I was responsible for transforming the customer experience by installing and servicing service issues. In 2015, I accepted a position as a Technical Operations Supervisor where I was tasked to lead a team of technicians. In my time as a supervisor, I oversaw a team of residential technicians and helped reinforce training to meet objectives for all key performance indicators. Following this role, I took on a team of home security technicians where I helped position the team as one of the top performing teams in the country. In 2019, I accepted a position as a Technical Operations Manager. My time with Comcast has seen me demonstrate a history of leadership and ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience. I offer a collaborative approach to leadership, project management and integrating a streamlined day-to-day business operation. I strive to create harmony amongst stakeholders, and balance the needs of the business while maintaining a focus on the employee experience to drive exceptional performance results.
