I'm Brandon, a founder, creative lead, and program manager with over 9 years of experience in learning and talent development. I'm passionate about designing and delivering innovative and impactful solutions that help individuals and organizations grow and thrive. As the founder and creative lead of Laughing Lemon Creative Company, I specialize in graphic design, digital marketing, and content creation that boost brand identity and audience engagement. Since December 2023, I have successfully completed multiple projects for clients across various industries and sectors. As a program manager at Carvana, I lead the implementation and execution of Lane Change, an internal program that enables career exploration and transition for employees. Since February 2022, I have facilitated the pilot and launch of the program, resulting in 80% of the first cohort transitioning into new roles within the company. I'm also a certified manager and a trained leader, with expertise in positive psychology, strengths-based learning, and staff development.
