About Brandon Susini

Hello everyone, my name is Brandon Susini and I am a graduate from Rowan University. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Computing and Informatics with a minor in Computer Science. I have been coding since freshman year of high school and since then developed many different skills in the field of computing as well as social skills. I have always enjoyed working with groups more than alone because of the atmosphere it provides as well as the ability to get more work done together. I have experience in Python, Java, Javascript, Rust, C++, Web Dev (HTML, JS, CSS, SQL,MongoDB), and probably a few more that have since fallen out of favor. I've always enjoyed software development and usually gravitate towards automation and speeding up processes. I also enjoy data analysis and Machine learning however those skills are not as developed as my general scripting and automation abilities. These are just the most polished and useful programs I have written over the years however there are *many* more floating around on my computers. Recently I have been working with Microsoft Power Platforms as an Intern with American Furniture Rental. I have learned enough in this 3-month span to create and rework many of their Power Platforms apps and solutions. I have gained experience creating canvas and model-driven apps from scratch as well as creating Power Automate flows to automate New Hires, and hardware request forms. This has also exposed me to using connectors to truly link processes in complex ways. I am hoping to continue down this track and become a Power Platforms Developer and work with the entire suite to transform business processes for the better. I am also actively developing a website centered around psychology, personality, and neuroscience. My website connectingpersonality.com is in active development and will be used to collect and analyze personality data in an effort to gain insights and learn more about how individuals work and differ. My hope is that this understanding can be taught in order to help individuals understand themselves and grow into the best version of themselves possible. All of the pages were made from scratch without the use of a CMS, although I do plan on transferring them to a CMS once I can afford to do so.
