With over 16 years of leadership and project management experience, I've had the privilege of working in various roles, allowing me to gain diverse insights into different industries. My career spans 5+ years in the Financial Services industry and 12 years in the Retail Management sector. Additionally, I've devoted 3+ years to portfolio management and citizen development. Currently, I'm pursuing an Executive MBA at the University of South Florida and I also hold several certifications, including PMP®, DASM®, and CLSSGB, demonstrating my commitment to excellence in project management and process improvement. One of my core areas of expertise lies in the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality criteria, where I've accumulated extensive knowledge and experience. Moreover, I've had the opportunity to craft innovative business solutions on a low code/no code platform, specifically using Airtable. Throughout my career, I've been fortunate to achieve various milestones, with one of the most recent being the Gold Star award from USF FCU. Moreover, I take pride in consistently being assessed as a "Role model" employee in all my evaluations over the last 4 years.
