I am an accomplished and resourceful Enterprise Continuity and Safety Expert, with fourteen (14) years’ experience in building, implementing & managing programs in the areas of Health & Safety; Business Continuity; Crisis & Emergency Management; Pandemic Management; Organizational Security; Risk Management; and Organizational Strategy for integrated global energy, utilities, and legal organizations.A ‘Life-Long Learner','Deficiency Illuminator' & 'Solution Generator', I use my vast experience as a leader, facilitator, team builder, innovator & collaborator to amplify efficiencies, enable success, and ensure organizations are "KNOCK-OUT" proof.I drive results through the application of continuous learning & improvement methodologies and philosophies such as lean/six-sigma, High Reliability Organizations (HRO), and Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) principles.I assure strategic alignment & synergies by expertly examining business operating models, organizational structures, and corporate strategies; drive innovation and idea generation; enhance change-agility; mitigate and eliminate business risks and interruption opportunities; and, manage dynamic and evergreening programs in a cost-conscious manner.I utilize multiple methodologies and various technologies to convert business strategies into realistic and achievable action plans; highlight and maximize individual skills and talents; promote a 'team-oriented approach' to problem solving; assure high quality deliverables; and provide evidence based recommendations.I have obtained a Bachelor of Commerce and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) degrees from Memorial University as well as successfully obtained the designation of Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) from DRI Canada. I have completed Incident Command System (ICS) 100, 200, and 300 through ICS Canada and role specific training through various accredited third parties. In 2024 I was awarded an Internal COR Auditor certification from Alberta Association of Safety Partnerships (AASP).In my spare time I am dedicated to being the worlds best dog dad, planning our next travel adventure, challenging culinary norms in the kitchen, improving my smoker skills, completing home renovations and vehicle maintenance, attending concerts and live sporting events, and once in a while mindlessly playing a video-game or watching a new TV series / re-watching Marvel and Star-Wars films, and yes, I do believe pineapple belongs on pizza.I welcome all connections, discussions, and opportunities
