About Brandon Vanderhorst

I'm a fourth year student at the Ohio State University currently working towards my degree in Communication Analysis and Engagement. I have an excellent background in academics as I graduated with honors from Upper Arlington High School and have since achieved Dean's list in the majority of my semesters here at Ohio State. My motivation and drive to succeed are two things I pride myself on the most as I feel they best summarize my academic and working careers. I have passion for the marketing and communication industry as I feel it is a field that I both enjoy and excel at. I am currently employed through Redbull North America in the Student Marketeer role. This position has been an excellent opportunity to further develop my leadership skills in a professional environment. This has also given me opportunities to work on global Redbull projects such as Flugtag Cincinnati and Campus Clutch. Along with my current employment, I am involved in several extracurricular activities including: playing and managing a rock band, staying involved in the mountaineers club at Ohio State, and volunteer work across local organizations. Previously, I had worked as a lifeguard for three years at Upper Arlington city pools and two years at Swim & Racquet club in Columbus, Ohio. These positions significantly developed my leadership abilities and taught me several skills that will be useful in my professional career.
