My name is Brandon Whitmore, and I am an Implementation Specialist at 700Credit. I am a recent graduate with a Bachelor degree in Sport Management with a Minor in Business from the University of Michigan School of Kinesiology and Ross School of Business, respectively. During my time at Michigan, I participated in many extracurricular activities. I was a member of the Michigan Sport Business Association which gave me great insight into what careers exist in the sports world while giving me connections to many professionals in the industry. I was also a member of Beta Upsilon Chi Christian Fraternity during my time in college, and I served as Treasurer for the 2018 calendar year where I managed over in dues while creating a budget to minimize costs and maximize financial effectiveness. During the 2019 season, I was the Head Offensive Student Field Manager for the University of Michigan Football Team, working with the quarterback position group. I have held internships previously in the service and general business side of K Wood Insurance and Financial Services, in the sales department of HIGHandTIGHT, a company focused on reducing fumbles in football, in the Baseball Operations department of the United Shore Professional Baseball League, and in the Equipment Manager Department of Michigan Athletics. My other previous positions with Qdoba Mexican Eats as a Line Server and with Royal Oak Sandlot League as an Umpire have also allowed me to grow my professional skills. Through my experiences, I have developed a strong work ethic, and I strive for success. I am a leader who enjoys and thrives when working in fast paced environments such as Michigan Football. I lead with efficiency and by example and have had success being a leader. I have success working with customers and listening to find their wants and needs from the company. I am a creative person and use that skill to accomplish my goals. I love the phrase "Don't tell me about the waves, just bring the boat home" because it can be easy to make excuses but results are what ultimately matter.
