As a Property Management professional with over 14 years of experience in the industry, I have gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise in managing properties and helping clients achieve their goals. I have worked in various roles, including leasing consultant, property manager, regional manager, and now as the owner of WellsWay Management. Throughout my career, I have developed a strong passion for serving others, which is why I place such a high emphasis on being a servant leader. As a leader, I prioritize the needs of my team and clients to create a positive and productive environment. I am also a licensed Real Estate Broker with a deep understanding of the industry and the various components that contribute to a successful property management strategy. I am currently pursuing my CCIM Designation and have already earned the CAM, CAPS, and CPM designations, which have provided me with the expertise and credibility to effectively manage properties and work with clients. These designations represent my commitment to continuous learning and development in the field, and I believe they are a testament to the level of service and dedication that I bring to my work. Outside of my day-to-day work, I am an active member of the real estate and management industry. I attend industry events, serve on committees, and engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest trends and developments in the field. In my personal life, I am a husband of eight years and a father to two young boys, aged four and nine. I strive to balance my professional and personal responsibilities by prioritizing communication, time management, and self-care. I believe that being a present and engaged father and husband is just as important as being a successful business owner and industry leader.
