I am passionate about working hard even when nobody is watching. I enjoy the feeling that I get, knowing that I have accomplished whatever I have set out to do. I enjoy working at my own level, but also learning how to make my work more effective. I enjoy and am passionate about helping other people become better as employees. I feel that during that journey of service I also find myself growing and finding my better self. I will do whatever is asked of me, that is right, and finish it to the best of my ability. Most of all I find joy living life with the people around me. I am a graduate from Utah Valley University with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management. Throughout my time in this major I engaged in many client consulting projects ranging from: benefits/compensation, HRIS consulting systems, training/development, staffing and performance. Altogether giving me over 2 years of diversified Human Resource experience.
