I’ve spent the last 25+ years building real businesses from the ground up — no investors, no inheritance, no shortcuts. I’ve founded and scaled five companies to 7 and 8 figures, built a real estate portfolio worth over $20 million, and invested millions into the stock market. I’ve lived every phase: startup grind, hyper-growth, team building, painful pivots, and big exits. But payments is where it all started — and where I’ve spent most of my career. In I co-founded Leaders Merchant Services, and over the next 17 years, turned it into one of the largest privately owned direct sale ISOs in the country. In 2017, we were acquired by iPayment, which was later acquired by Paysafe, where I led their direct sales channel across North America. Over the years, I’ve built and trained high-performing sales teams, developed residual-based comp plans, integrated payments into SaaS platforms, and navigated complex compliance, risk, and underwriting frameworks. I’ve negotiated enterprise ISO agreements, helped launch dual pricing and cash discount programs, and consulted on everything from PCI to interchange optimization. Just as critical, I’ve run the marketing engines behind my businesses. From SEO, pay-per-click, and affiliate partnerships, to content marketing, social media, email/SMS campaigns, and data-driven conversion optimization — marketing has played a key role in every success I’ve had.
