Job responsibilities To work with the Security Manager and the Director of Security to coordinate the organisation and administrative functions in all areas of the Security department Ensure total compliance with standards of operation and LQE standards of service at all times throughout division. Ensure that staffing is maintained at an appropriate level to match business demand and special events. Participate in all regular and ad hoc operational meetings as required Continually review the Business Continuity plans to ensure they remain up to date and relevant. To oversee and attend external and/or court proceedings on behalf of the hotel as required. To oversee the management and training of Supervisors and Security Officers on meeting all the standards required by the FLHSS, LQE and the Risk Management Committee's instructions and recommendations Handles all guest complaints relating to Safety and Security expeditiously to complete resolution. Manage projects and any other reasonable duties as required by hotel management. Close coordination with CityCenter properties on security alerts and procedures
