About Brandy Brown

With over 24 years of work experience in human resources, logistics management, and business sales, I am a seasoned and versatile SR HR Business Partner at Amazon. My core competencies include employee engagement, performance management, HR solutions, and process improvement. My mission is to harmonize site-specific priorities with Amazon's overarching goals, such as diversity and inclusion, talent management, and customer obsession. As a social psychology graduate, I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, and foster a culture of trust, respect, and empowerment. In my current role, I collaborate with site and regional leadership teams, and support HR functions and operations leadership. I deliver results in a fast-paced environment with a high volume workload, and drive and direct all employee engagement efforts for senior leaders, front line managers, and associates. I continuously innovate HR solutions and process improvement, using specific skills in Kaizen methodologies. I also lead projects at a site and network level, influence and obtain buy-in from stakeholders, and drive execution and achievement of the right results.
