In my current role as a Senior Surveillance Specialist, I work with the Consumer Banking team in understanding processes and procedures, as well as ensuring that all duties are within compliance. As a previous Customer Experience Specialist/Trainer at Synchrony Financial, my role worked extensively with training and coaching/development of banking representatives in the Consumer Banking department. Previously, I served in key growth roles including rotational roles such as the NEO Coordinator (Consumer Banking), Project Orange (Consumer Banking- System Conversion Tester), EHD Back Up (Lowes/Belk/Orchard Hardware and Supply- Credit), as well as Lowes Customer Service Representative (Lowes Credit) and a Senior Account Representative (Consumer Banking). I have also been crossed trained in additional clients.
