The ever changing landscape of dentistry has become a challenge for many trying to navigate their way. My goal in creating True North Dental Consulting is to help those in need, find a way to achieve their own unique goals. Over my 20+ years, I have gained the knowledge needed to guide and advise dentists in all stages of their career. From strengthening the office or offices you currently have by creating structure through development of systems and leadership, to the difficult decisions of growth or acquisition. I have had the pleasure of working with one of dentistry’s finest, Dr. J. Clarke Sanders. His determination to provide excellent dentistry while maintaining a positive culture resonates with many. His path to success was his true north. There are many ways to create a successful dental business, all while navigating this new dental landscape, and I am here to help. My passion for developing successful offices through confident team members trained in efficient processes, systems and leadership evolved. That evolution became a desire to see the men and women behind the offices feel secure during these changing times.
