Customers drive businesses and the customer experience is critical to the success of any organization. But many companies struggle to create an effective customer experience (CX) program. Targeted and efficient CX is more than merely knowing who your customers are and what they buy. You also need to know what they value, and how they buy. Today’s customers have more access to information than ever before, and expect an omnichannel experience that is adapted to their specific journeys. I have devoted my career to strategically managing the customer experience and to serving as a bridge between customers and the products and services I represent. I currently serve in a leadership role with Verizon, where I manage the online portal for use by state, local, and federal law enforcement agencies. During my time in this position, I have improved the accessibility and availability of the information within the portal so that law enforcement can more effectively conduct their investigations. Committed to making decisions that are rooted in data, I also conducted a study to monitor staffing levels cross-departmentally and used the analysis of the results to demonstrate the need for 24/7 technical assistance for electronic surveillance. In addition, I am devoted to building relationships with customers, and have partnered with multiple agencies to represent Verizon at public safety events, and to present to law enforcement officials on a variety of topics relating to cyber and information security.
