About Brandy Harris

As a Senior Learning & Development Consultant at Penske Truck Leasing, I partner with executive and senior leadership to drive successful process rollouts, role onboarding, and continuous improvement initiatives. I design and develop engaging eLearning courses and supporting materials - including workbooks, guides, slides, and job aids that make complex topics easy to understand and apply. My work centers on creating practical, results-focused learning experiences that help associates grow in their roles and prepare for future opportunities. By working closely with leaders and teams, I ensure that training aligns with business goals and delivers measurable impact. I’m a decisive, enthusiastic learner and an effective collaborator, with a genuine passion for building solutions that empower people and improve performance. Outside of work, I love to travel and explore new cultures, which inspires my open-minded and people-focused approach to everything I do.
