Passionate about process improvement and the employee experience. I build relationships with Workday customers to solve challenges with their HR processes and software systems. As an entrepreneur for over 10 years, I restarted my corporate career in 2022 with an amazing company. Workday's dedication to its employees is unparalleled and organically creates happy customers in turn. I utilize my creativity and drive in order to help Workday customers revolutionize how to manage their global business - while being supported and surrounded by the best and brightest people in the industry! As a Customer Success Manager, my goal is to empower customers with the tools and techniques to monitor, improve & optimize their Workday investment. I focus on proactive outreach and annual reviews to aid in adoption and utilization of our customers' Workday subscriptions. Prior to joining Workday, I founded, owned and operated my own business in the wellness industry for 9 years. Not only am I a highly trained yoga teacher and Reiki Master Teacher, but as a sole business owner, I was responsible for all operations and decision-making. I have an extensive background in sales, marketing, staff management, training and strategic business model decisions. I am dedicated to process-improvement, knowledge-sharing and educating.
