As the Chief Growth Officer at Colmina, I draw inspiration from leadership scholar and author Warren G. Bennis' insight that "In life, change is inevitable. In business, change is vital." With over two decades of entrepreneurial experience, my passion lies in empowering financial advisors and their clients to navigate the evolving landscape of the industry. My roots began as a third-generation of Northern Idaho, where my professional ballet career first took off at the age of 14. I graduated from high school a year early to embrace a full-time professional opportunity with the Pacific Northwest Ballet in Seattle, WA. This journey took me from pointe shoes to pumps, as I transitioned from a career in professional ballet to the corporate world. This unique path into finance informs my perspective as we work to cultivate a vibrant community centered on growth, well-being, and collective success.
