About Brandy Jackson

I started in the field of 501(c) 3 Non Profit Organization with my mother at the very young age of 15. My mother, who was a great mentor to me, thought me to strive for excellence in any and everything I do but all would be nothing without doing anything with compassion. In the Non Profit Organization field, I obtained the knowledge and skills in donations, and scheduling Toys for Tots. Also in medical coordination, HIPA statutes, specialized services such as Victims of Crime Advocacy referral, specialized medical referrals, credit correction for low income families, Medical Benefits utilization, specializing of TANF, AQWA and Tribal Counsel, corporate filings, field coordination, fund raiser event coordination, and account payables for corporate heads. This quickly led me into assisting those seeking debt resolution and from there the legal field. I am trained and specialized in federal and state statues of FDCPA, FCRA, CFPB and FTILA, homestead laws, exemption laws, garnishment laws, statute of limitation laws, process laws, civil rules and procedires, FTC, Comptroller of Currency and on unethical or illegal practices by creditors, attorney collectors and non attorney collecting agencies. For nearly 20 years I have had the opportunity to work with, build a network of, and establish some friendships with some of the best attorney's and work associates nationally, who have helped me expand my knowledge, passion and compassion while continuing to strive for excellence without jeopardizing my ethics.
