With leadership experience at Fortune 300 companies and the Fortune 1 Leader, I specialize in developing and transforming Total Rewards and Compensation programs that fuel business growth and employee satisfaction. I’ve built and led compensation teams, created scalable strategies, and championed pay transparency initiatives that keep organizations ahead of evolving regulations. At J.B. Hunt, I led a comprehensive driver pay audit and training that resulted in policy changes saving over $5 million in legal fees within two years. I also directed company-wide bonus and executive reward programs that aligned leadership goals with performance outcomes. Today at Walmart, I lead the Pay Transparency initiative for our Base Pay Team, collaborating across multiple teams including Recruiting and IT to streamline processes and ensure compliance at scale. In addition to my corporate experience, I serve as Trustee and Estate Manager for a multigenerational family trust. This hands-on role has deepened my expertise in estate management, trust administration, LLC formation, taxes, and inheritance planning.
