I supervise a team of 4 Employee Relations Managers in which we support all levels of management and employees across the organization related to personnel issues, engagement and development. My team and I mitigate legal risks to the organization by advising our internal customers how to balance business needs while ensuring; fairness, consistency, as well as compliance with labor laws and policies. We act as liaisons by opening lines of communication between management and employees while always treating people with honesty and respect. I recommend and execute proactive organizational change by identifying trends through data analysis and engagement results. I am a highly energetic, results oriented change champion with a passion for people. My skill set in the field of Human Resources include; employee relations, development and training, leave of absence/ADA, recruiting and retention, payroll, benefits, compensation, and labor laws.
