About Brandy Kropp

With over ten years of experience in health, safety, and environmental roles, I am a self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented professional who strives to provide safe, quality services to customers, employees, and organizations. As a Registered Nurse, I perform patient care in a safety-focused setting, supervise and coordinate patient care in a team-oriented environment, and interpret data related to patient status to identify patient-specific needs. My diverse background also includes experience in the airline and manufacturing industries. In associated roles, I implemented and monitored the Safety Management System (SMS) in addition to company health, safety, and environmental programs, policies, and procedures, conducted injury and incident investigations, performed safety risk analyses, and provided occupational health, safety, and environmental training to stakeholders and departments. Additionally, I have skills in project management, quality assurance, auditing, injury prevention, and employee health and wellness programs. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology and Sport Science, as well as multiple certifications in safety and health-related fields. I am passionate about improving the health and safety outcomes of customers, employees, and organizations.
