About Brandy Lynch

With over twenty years of experience in the healthcare, technology and military sectors, I am a versatile and adaptable Information Technology Specialist who can handle various tasks and challenges. My mission is to provide efficient and reliable IT support to end users, while also leveraging my background in sonography and air traffic control to understand their needs and expectations. I am passionate about learning new skills and technologies, and I value working in a collaborative and diverse team that strives to improve the quality of service and customer satisfaction. My leadership skills I acquired in the US Army has allowed me to effectively communicate and collaborate with all coworkers. As a Help Desk Analyst at EMERGICON, I receive, prioritize, document, and resolve end user help requests, often using diagnostic and help request tracking tools. I also provide in-person, hands-on assistance at the desktop level when necessary, and escalate complex problems to experienced technicians. Additionally, I apply diagnostic utilities, access software updates, and identify and learn about the software and hardware used and supported by the organization. Through these activities, I demonstrate my problem solving, communication, and multi-tasking skills, as well as my ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. I am currently enrolled in Western Governors University pursuing my Bachelor of Science degree in Cloud Computing. Upon completion and graduation, I will have many certifications to add to my skillset.
