God has blessed me to be the Broker of Southern Choice Properties. I received my Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License in 2005 and my Florida Real Estate Broker License in 2011. I opened Southern Choice Properties the same year. I have a love for all things Real Estate involved. I have earned several designations which include ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), ePRO (Internet Marketing Specialist), C-Reps (Certified Real Estate Pricing Specialist), Reo Pro (Foreclosure Specialist) and SRS (Seller Representative Specialist). I absolutely love learning and making sure I am up to date on anything new in Real Estate, especially since our market is always evolving and changing. Over the years I have been able to create life long friendships with my returning and referral clients. It is the biggest compliment to be able to help my clients sell the same home or property that I helped them purchase in the past. It is also amazing when a client sends me their friends and family. I know that they trust me to make sure that they are taken care of. More about me: I am happily married to my best friend Steve Brown and mom to our two biggest blessings, Lillian Belle and Jasmine Ruth. I love our community and being active in the community. I am also Vice Chair of the Planning Board for the City of DeFuniak Springs. I enjoy doing everything that I can that involves being outside.
